Quinta do Crestelo

Quinta do Crestelo is an agro tourism company established in Seia, on the slopes of the Serra da Estrela mountain. The company provides its guests with a diversity of activities, namely nature and well-being experiences, walking routes, outdoor experiences with specialized instructors, gastronomic experiences at its restaurant “São Martinho”, and the

experiencing of flavours and activities in workshops such as “make bread and cheese". Therefore, the extended case study and the related video show how differentiation, focus on personalized and authentic experiences can be the base of success.
