3RD COORDINATION MEETING IN PORTUGAL

The Erasmus+ ICT ENTREPRENEUR project held its 3rd Coordination Meeting at the Universidade da Beira Interior in Covilhã, Portugal on the 14th of December 2016.

The meeting was attended by members of the ICT ENTREPRENEUR consortium, comprising 7 partner organisations from 5 different EU countries. All 13 meeting participants were given the opportunity to meet in person and discuss in detail the modules of the ICT ENTREPRENEUR training package developed so far. Also great emphasis was given on the progress made in the project and the work that each partner has to implement in the following months.

More specifically:

Each partner organization participating in the development of the training package modules presented in 10 minutes the work developed so far and all partners had the opportunity to make comments and give feedback.
Then the partnership discussed the Train the Trainers’ workshop which will take place in Cyprus on the 25th of January. One trainer from each partner organization will participate on this. The aim of the Train the trainers’ workshop is to help the partners understand how they can use the tools developed by each partner and also to give a general overview of the training package, by presenting the most important activities.
The Pilot Testing of the ICT ENTREPRENEUR Training Programme aims to examine the ICT ENT training programme developed by our consortium and make the appropriate changes and additions according to the feedback of the participants and other relevant stakeholders. The training programme aims to give to the participants all the appropriate tools and knowledge to help them understand the steps they should follow once they have a business idea that they would like to develop.
GrantXpert provided all partners with guidelines on project and financial management.
ISOB referred to all coming evaluation and quality assurance activities.

The 3rd coordination meeting was very productive for all partners involved, since all together laid the basis formulating the educational training package.
