TRAIN THE TRAINERS WORKSHOP

After the development of the First Draft of the ICT ENTREPRENEUR Entrepreneurship Training Programme by the consortium, EUC organized a Train the Trainers 5-day workshop in Cyprus, where 1 trainer from each partner country participated in order to be trained by the people who have been involved as leaders of this package.

The Train the Trainers Workshop took place at the EUC premises from the 25th of January until the 29th of January. The purpose of the workshop was to explain the format and the content of the training and clarify important issues to the trainers. Partners also had the opportunity to discuss in detail the modules developed and finalized the structure and the methodology of each module.

In general, the Train the Trainers Workshop helped the partners in better understanding the training content, the case studies, the group exercises and the format of the training. Based on our previous experience in similar EU projects, the face-to-face train the trainers workshop is the most efficient and productive method in transferring knowledge and clarifying important issues before the actual training takes place in each country. Following their return to their country, each trainer will also train the other trainers that will be involved in the pilot testing phase.
